Banana Bread

  • 3 Bananas (the riper the better)
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs

Preheat over to 350º. Combine ingredients. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.

Optional: Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, raisins or crushed walnuts. You can also sprinkle brown sugar on top, prior to baking.
